Very nice article about spices and herbs there are so many and so much to know it is refreshing to find not only fresh spices and herbs but at prices we can afford I was in my local store the other day had to pick up some curry and the price they charge for that little bottle is unbelievable I know it has a gold color buy does it have to cost like gold

Personally, when I look at herbs and spices, most of the time, I am unable to determine what to get becasue of how different it looks from what i had originally gathered, simply based on the name. However, I must attest to the greatness of herbs and spices, especially in barbequing meats such as shrimp and steak. They really turn a large slab of meat into a real dinner experience, although I disagree about it being a substitute for salt and pepper since they’re the basics of seasoning IMO.
